(CHRO) Chief Human Resources Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, exposure to hospital or healthcare operations is a plus.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR functions: talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations, labor relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in implementing compliance to labor laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOLE, DOH, PhilHealth, hospital licensing and healthcare compliance frameworks is a plus).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, judgment, and values high-level of privacy and confidentiality in all facets of HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while ensuring operational HR excellence.
- Track record in organizational transformation, workforce planning, and culture building in multi-disciplinary environments or in a hospital or healthcare industry setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multi-functional organizations such as clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Relevant experience in data privacy function, quality management systems such as ISO and similar accreditation, safety, and occupational health standards.
- Proficiency in using standard office applications and tools including HRIS, Microsoft applications, and other relevant systems
